Old Mill Square is centered around the 1730s water-powered mill, which is still used in creating breads and candies sold by the shops and restaurants in the square. Visitors can watch master potters practicing their craft at Pigeon River Pottery, sit down for a traditional Southern meal at The Old Mill Restaurant or buy homemade jams and mixes at the General Store. Centrally located in Pigeon Forge, the square is just two blocks off the highway, north of the Gatlinburg Golf Course.
